Gering and Associates, is a law firm with sound principles and a commitment to its clients. The goal has to be certain and can’t be a foolish pastime.  Our goals are certain and almost thirty years of service to our community certainly reflects that we are not involved in a fool’s errant.  We are here to ensure that our clients win.

 As a law firm we are uniquely qualified to assist our investment clients in some of the biggest purchasing decision of their life. A client has many choices when it comes to selecting their representative, including: consultants, CPAs, mortgage brokers, loan officers, and the list goes on. However, none of them have the skills or the qualifications of a bar certified attorney.

  • First and foremost an attorney has a fiduciary duty to assist their client. This means that the attorney is dedicated to making sure their client gets the best price and the best service. A lot of the predatory lending laws exist because unscrupulous mortgage brokers pushed through bad loans. For example, in some cases an investment opportunity may not be appropriate.  Our clients’ interests are foremost in our mind.

  • As an attorney we are subject to the rules of professional responsibility in our state. This means that we are bound professionally to a standard that is above and beyond anything a mortgage broker or loan officer must adhere to during and after the mortgage process. To ensure that our service to our clients is beyond reproach, we have created two Divisions in our Real Estate Section. Each division is headed by an Administrator whose qualifications far exceed the status quo. Our Investor Relations Division is headed by Administrator Mr. Bob Alaniz. Our Adminstrator dealing with Banking and Financial institutions is Mr. Andrew Alaniz.
