Ben Gering Johannes Bernardus (Ben) Gering is the senior attorney in our firm. Mr. Gering's experience comes from the trenches. From his upbringing in the Netherlands, immigration to the United States in 1965 to serving as an enlisted man in the United States Air Force. Mr. Gering has learned to appreciate the great gift of living and working in our great country. This commitment to a standard of excellence and appreciation for the privilege of living in this country has been the founding principles of our law firm. Mr. Gering was instrumental in establishing a 501 © (3) non-profit corporation for the benefit of homeless veterans. He is also a supporter of small and minority owned business. Providing free assistance to ensure their competetive edge.
After serving for twenty plus years as a law enforcement officer, teaching at local colleges and being involved in the real estate business since 1972, Mr. Gering has learned to observe, review and act when appropriate. He received his Juris Doctor in 1980 and successfully completing the California State Bar exam on his first attempt speaks of his commitment, dedication and goal oriented behavior.
